• Baker-Clearview (BC) will construct, install, maintain and repair the kiosk signs at no cost to the city.


• BC will market and lease the sign panels to developers, homebuilders, (and/or) local businesses within the city.


• BC will work with the city to determine optimal placement and quantity of kiosk signs to be installed.


• BC will collect all rental fees and remit the designated appropriate amount due to the city.
