• BC agrees to maintain all aspects of the sign panels, including maintenance, leasing, collecting, and paying of all applicable fees and remittance of fees to the city.


• BC will maintain the ground within 3 feet of a kiosk sign.


• BC agrees to maintain a regular maintenance schedule to check signs for damage and will make repairs in a prompt and timely manner.


• At the city’s request, BC will replace, rotate or install the city sponsored sign panels each month on the same date each month specified by the city.


• No new kiosk signs will be installed without permission and placement approval from the city.


• No additions, signs, pennants, flags, streamers, or attention-getting devices will be allowed to be attached to any of the kiosk signs.
