• BC will charge builders and developers a set fee not to exceed the amount agreed upon by BC and the City.


• BC will collect and remit to the city a fee based on the number of panels leased.


• BC will maintain in force and effect adequate comprehensive general liability insurance and adequate workers compensation insurance and furnish proof of such to the city.


• BC will indemnify, save and hold harmless the city against any and all liability, damage, loss, claims or injury as a result of the operation of the kiosk signs.
